Four of them had taught for a short time, but a very different population from the target students in their teaching practice courses. Participants characterized my notes as containing objective, specific, systematic and very concrete information. This sounds basic, but is often missing. After my observation was done I knew that a higher grade was more appropriate for me. Many teachers structure their day so they have time to meet with individual students in a to minute conference setting every week or two, depending on the type of conference.
